Résumé: In this comparative chapter, we compare the three regions (Western Europe, the United States, and Canada) that were in the focus of the analysis in the three previous chapters. We present the methodology used by the authors, we outline their definitions of interest groups and intermediary organizations and compare the state of knowledge related to each of the cases. We finally present the dynamics of interest groups and intermediary structures in the development of higher education policies in the three regions, present the major issues to consider, and outline the similarities and differences between contexts.
